German speaking ability to liaise with the business users
To talk to business users to understand the details about the issue for resolving incidents
To talk to business users to understand the business requirements for enhancements
Experience in working with incident/problem management as a support analyst in ITIL
To do out of office support if required
To be part of application maintenance transition from other vendor to client. As part of it, needs to document the knowledge gathered in agreed templates and play it back to the incumbent SMEs/Customers
To front-end the offshore team for SAP ABAP applications
